Kevin began his career in 1997 in the Apartment Management & Investment sector. Working for some of the regions premier owners and developers of apartment communities he spearheaded leasing, marketing, training, and operations for portfolios as large as 15,000 units. After 15 years he rekindled his desire to pursue a full-time career in real estate sales where he could more directly combine his love for the industry with his passion for operations and marketing. Shortly after launching full time into real estate Kevin began laying the foundation to build a comprehensive real estate team that utilized cutting-edge technology and tools to provide an unforgettable experience to both clients and customers alike.
In addition to his efforts for building a world-class real estate team, Kevin eventually took on responsibility as a trainer and technology director for the areas largest and most productive real estate office at the time. Soon he partnered with his mentor and coach, Stacey McVey, to form Team CLEliving.com. Kevin and his family are residents of Cleveland's Clifton-Baltic / Edgewater Park neighborhood, he enjoys gardening, biking and taking in all of the amenities that Cleveland's lakefront has to offer. He's an avid dog lover and its rare to catch him without his Shih Tzu Tessa in tow. Cheryl was born and raised in the Akron, OH area eventually relocating to Arizona in 1982 where she spent several years enjoying the climate and honing her expertise in customer service related positions. Ultimately finding herself in Florida several years later is where she began her career in the agent services sector of real estate. Starting out answering phones and directing day-to-day traffic within a bustling title & escrow office her desire to learn more about the process of buying and selling real estate blossomed. Soon, Cheryl moved into the role of Escrow Assistant where she worked directly with Escrow Officers and began to lay the framework for a robust career in title & escrow. Returning to her Ohio roots in 1998 she took an opportunity to work for one of the nation’s largest and most prominent title companies as an Escrow Officer. There, she oversaw more than 1,000 transactions annually and became one of the firms most productive and trusted Escrow Agents serving tens of thousands of clients over the course of her decade long career.
With a strong desire to work more independently and recognizing the struggles that many professional real estate agents she set out to offer private contract-to-close services to some of the area’s top producing agents. This ultimately led her to CLEliving.com where she oversees the day-to-day transactional operations for the team. As an additional layer of contact Cheryl provides support to CLEliving’s principals, agents, clients and customers helping to ensure all facets of the transaction are run seamlessly ultimately providing a world-class experience for all.
Today Cheryl resides in Cuyahoga Falls with her husband where they enjoy listening to music, hitting the drag racing circuit as a spectator and spending free time on her land in the Salt Fork area of Cambridge, OH.
